Van Hi, firstly let me take the opportunity to say thanks for checking out the website!

Domestic Appliance Services was set up in 2010 in order to provide low cost repairs from an honest and understanding trades person.

The aim of Domestic Appliance Services is to save as many machines and appliances as possible from going into landfill by offering the most competitive repair service out there.

After hearing many horror stories about people being blatantly ripped off by unscrupulous so called experts it was time to put and end to this and hence the birth of Domestic Appliance Services!!

Where as other companies charge HUGE mark ups on prices we supply all out parts at trade cost meaning that in most instances your machine is a LOT cheaper to repair than you actually think!

Many customers now seem to accept paying high prices means they have had good service and that the saying "You get what you pay for" is always true.

However Domestic Appliance Services are here to prove that wrong!!

Yes in some instances paying slightly more for parts ie genuine over pattern may mean a better fit or finnish, in the vast majority of cases they are equally as good as each other.

We quoted a customer for £46 to supply and fit a new thermostat for her oven - the price that others were charging for the part alone!!!!!!!!

We admit we don't know everything there is to know but we are well on the way and we happily accept when we don't know something.
